Stumbled upon this place on a whim first thing I had that surprised me was the sugar cane drink made with citrus it has a nice balance and kick. Then I got the papaya salad, one of the best appetizers on the menu tangy crunchy and delicate, nice kicker. Moving on to the pho I got the one with strip steak, broth flavorful and refreshing the noodles were great and even my friend who's not a big pho fan liked the soup broth and proceeded to drink it. Last but not least is the banana tapioca pudding banana chunks mixing with the tapioca peanuts adding nice dimension to such a simple dessert and be careful it's served hot I learned the hard way , will be going back when possible!

We love the fried rice!! I would go here just for that. Pho is also delicious. We've never had a bad meal here. Service is quick and friendly. Eaten in once and it was a good experience. Taken it to go multiple times and am always satisfied.

Best Pho in Chicago outside of the Argyle area. Ordered and ate in at every other Pho place within a 5 mile radius and this place beats them all. Small restaurant but the food and customer service is absolutely outstanding. 10 stars.

Best pho in Chicagoland area (credentials: I'm Vietnamese and from San Jose). Also had the bo luc lac (shaking beef), goi sen (lotus), and the mussels. Which were all fantastic. Was very surprised to find this place, and I cannot believe it's not mentioned in more forums like reddit. Perhaps the name is generic? In any case, I am very happy to have found it and will be coming back.

Was craving Vietnamese food, and this place was recommended in my local FB group. The papaya salad is one of the best I've ever had; it had just a little spicy kick that made it better than the rest. The spring rolls were standard and delicious. The crab Rangoon filling was great, but the crust tasted like it was fried in not so fresh oil. The bbq chicken was way too salty and frankly inedible. The presentation left much to be desired as well; it looked a bit haphazard, usually rice and entree are served neatly side by side. This looked like something I'd but together at home. The fresh passion fruit drink was delicious, and made from real passion fruit! I will probably give this place another try if nothing else but bc the papaya salad was really fantastic. Also, the service was excellent. The waiter was attentive, friendly, and kept my water glass full!

Authentic Vietnamese food for a great price especially for portion sizes. I appreciate that they have a variety of rice dishes and traditional Vietnamese items that you usually can't get from your typical Pho restaurant. My favorite is the Catfish in clay pot, which is my go to when I see it on the menu. I will definitely be back and I would recommend it! Food seem pretty healthy as well, not cooked in lots of oil. Service was very tentative and polite.

-1 star because I didn't receive the vegetables to eat my shrimp sweet potato fritters with.... and that was literally the one thing I was looking forward to the most. I understand ordering take out/delivery means the fritters won't be as fresh and crisp at home but the vegetables would've made up for that. Now I'm forced to eat just a big pile of soggy shrimp sweet potato mush. Other than that, their pho is probably my most favorite I've had in the area. I ordered the rib eye steak pho and I can't wait to try their other soups (most specifically their oxtail pho and their bun rieu.) I also ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee which literally hit home for me. Despite the little mishap, I'll be back.

Ordered delivery for a Friday night and this hit the spot. Veggie Pho - so much food, it was enough for 3 meals (or 2 big meals). You have the option for beef or veggie broth. I chose beef and it was DELICIOUS. I will try veggie next time too. The veggies included were bok choy, Chinese cabbage, broccoli, and carrots. There was a lot of noodle and all the normal garnishing (basil, sprouts, jalapeño pepper) Chicken Pho - also excellent and they give you a lot of chicken. Spring rolls - not great but ok. It was only lettuce and shrimp, no noodles. It's fresh though which you can tell from the soft wrap. It's not premise. Sauce was good. Bok Choy - really expensive in my opinion...$17 for veggies. It was good but I expected a bigger portion for the price. Taste was good, slightly too greasy but not a huge deal.
